6. Tender: process to select the most suitable construction company, evaluating proposals on the basis of quality, experience and cost.

7. Management and execution of the work: technical supervision of the development of the work to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with the project, meeting deadlines, quality and budget, as well as controlling possible unforeseen events.
